The process of developing an AUTOMATION

Commercial proposal (CP)

We send you a commercial proposal that outlines the optimal automation functionality and structure tailored to your needs. Afterward, you take the time to carefully review and consider our offer. If necessary, we’re available to answer any questions or provide clarifications. Once you are satisfied, we can move forward confidently.

Prepayment

First, you make an advance payment, which amounts to 50% of the total sum approved in the Commercial Proposal (CP). By doing so, you secure the project’s initial phase and demonstrate your commitment. Moreover, this upfront payment allows us to allocate resources and begin work promptly. Consequently, both parties have a clear understanding of the budget and project scope from the start.

Creating a structure and behaviors

Based on the selected automation functionality and structure outlined in the commercial proposal (CP), we create a detailed plan tailored specifically for your automation needs. Then, we develop a demo showcasing all the necessary elements and behaviors required for the automation to work effectively. Afterward, you review and confirm the structure, behaviors, and expected results to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

4.
Creation of Terms of Reference (TR)

Based on the automation conditions selected and approved in the Commercial Proposal (CP), we prepare a detailed Terms of Reference (TR). Once completed, we send it to you for review. Then, you approve the proposed Terms of Reference, ensuring that all requirements and expectations are clearly defined before moving forward.

5.
Automation creation according to Terms of Reference (TR)

We create an automation solution that fully complies with the approved Terms of Reference. Throughout the process, we ensure every detail matches the agreed specifications. Additionally, we perform thorough testing to guarantee smooth and efficient operation. As a result, you receive a reliable automation system tailored to your needs.

6.
Testing of the Automation

We thoroughly test the automation to ensure it functions correctly. After that, we hand it over to you and provide full access for review. You then have 7 working days to check the automation and evaluate its performance. If needed, you can request modifications; however, these should remain within the framework of the approved Terms of Reference.

Further support

After the automation is completed, we continue to provide technical support to maintain and ensure the ongoing development of your system.
