The process of developing an AUTOMATION

Commercial proposal (CP)
We send you a commercial proposal that offers optimal automation functionality and structure. You review and consider our offer.

Prepayment
You make an advance payment – 50% of the amount approved in the CP.

Creating a structure and behaviors
Based on the selected automation functionality and structure in the commercial proposal (CP), we create a detailed plan for your automation.
We will create a demo of all the necessary elements and behaviors needed in the automation.
You confirm the structure, behaviors, and expected results of the automation.
4.
Creation of Terms of Reference (TR)
Based on the automation conditions selected and approved in the CP, we prepare a Terms of Reference (TR).
You approve the proposed Terms of Reference.
5.
Automation creation according to Terms of Reference (TR)
We create an automation that complies with the approved Terms of Reference.
6.
Testing of the Automation
We test the automation. Then we hand it over to you, provide access, and you review and check the automation within 7 working days. If you wish, you can ask us to make modifications, but within the framework of the approved Terms of Reference.
7.
Further support
After the automation is completed, we provide further technical support to maintain your automation and ensure its future development. We agree on all of this separately.
