The process of developing an AI Project

Commercial proposal (CP)

We send you a commercial proposal outlining the optimal functionality and type of AI project. You review and consider our offer.

Prepayment

You make an advance payment— 50% of the total amount approved in the CP.

Creating a structure and behaviors in AI project

Based on the functionality, design, and type of AI project selected in the CP, we create a detailed proposal for the structure of your AI project.
We will create a demo prototype with all the necessary elements and behaviors required for the project.
You review and confirm the structure and behaviors.

Creation of Terms of Reference (TR)

Based on the design, type, and functionality of the AI project as selected and approved in the CP, along with the chosen structure and behaviors, we prepare the Terms of Reference (TR). The TR will detail the type of AI project, its functionality, design, and structure. You approve the proposed TR.

AI Project creation according to terms of reference (TR)

We develop the AI project in compliance with the approved TR.

6.
Testing and deploy of the AI Project

We test the AI project thoroughly. Afterward, we hand over the AI project to you, provide access, and you review it within 7 working days. If needed, you may request modifications, but only within the scope of the approved TR.

7.
Further support

Once the project is completed, we provide technical support to maintain your AI project and ensure its future development. We agree on all of this separately.
